[For Delivery Monitors] Anniversary Raw Cake with Selectable Numbers

We are recruiting test monitors for raw cake delivery before the official sale.

We have decided to launch small raw cakes for 1-2 people in the shape of numbers.

Since they are in the shape of numbers, their form differs from regular cakes, and we want to confirm that they arrive in the expected condition even with actual delivery before the official sale.

Based on our experience with frozen cake delivery, we will deliver them with packaging that prioritizes safety.

About this Monitor Program

You cannot choose the cake's number, color, or decorations.

We will deliver them randomly.

Also, for the purpose of delivery testing, individual delivery date specifications are not accepted.

We will inform you of the estimated arrival date in advance.

You can adjust the delivery time yourself using the tracking number in the shipping completion email.

What we would like you to do

After receiving the product, please report the following via LINE or email within 48 hours:

• Photos showing the packaging condition immediately after opening
• Photos showing the condition of the cake itself
• Presence or absence of damage, crumbling, or displacement
• Any observations or suggestions for improvement
  

If possible, we would also appreciate your cooperation in posting a review on the product page.

About returns, exchanges, and refunds

This product is a delivery test monitor product before official sale.

Detachment of decorations, chips on the surface, or partial deformation due to vibrations during delivery are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, in cases where severe crushing of the outer box, or major damage to the cake to the extent that it no longer retains its original shape, suggesting a drop, strong impact, or significant delivery accident during transit, it may be covered by the shipping company's warranty, and we will respond individually.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.

Flavor and Texture

This is a smooth and gentle mousse-style cake, made by chilling and solidifying a paste of raw cashews with coconut oil.

Cacao nib crust is not used.
