Product handling method

Raw chocolate will be sent refrigerated, and sweets other than chocolate (such as raw cakes) will be sent frozen.

*Raw chocolate can only be delivered at room temperature during winter. (Excluding warm regions)

Raw chocolate must be refrigerated and raw cakes must be frozen.

During the winter, raw chocolate can be stored at room temperature in a cool place away from direct heating.

Chocolate is sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity, so it is best to keep it at a constant temperature below 22 degrees, shielded from light, and kept in an airtight condition.

Please thaw the raw cake slowly in the refrigerator before serving.

It's easier to cut into pieces when it's half-thawed.

If you repeatedly freeze and thaw the food, the water may separate and ooze out.
