Shopping flow
① Search for products
Click the three-line icon at the top left of the screen to open the menu tab.
You can select a product from the product category or search by product name in Search.
② Decide on the product
Once you find the product you are looking for, click on it to see the product details.
There is an Add to Cart button at the bottom of the review section. If there are different types of products, please select the desired item and click "Add to Cart".
When you add an item to your cart, it will be moved to your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, please click "Continue Shopping" or go to the desired product category page again from the menu.
③Purchase procedure
In the shopping cart, there is a column for specifying the delivery date and time and a column for notes. If you have any special notes, please fill in/select them.
Click the "Checkout" button and enter your computer email address and shipping information.
If you would like to pick up your order in-store, please select it from the delivery method field.
There are many cases where you are unable to receive emails from us due to incorrect email address input or domain cancellation settings. please note.
Check the total amount including shipping, select your payment method, and then click "Pay Now".
④After completing your order
The order completion screen will be displayed and you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your order details and if there are any problems, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience .
Once we receive confirmation of your payment (excluding deferred payments), we will begin preparing the product for shipment. Unless you specify a date and time, we will normally ship the item within 3 to 5 business days (closed on Saturdays and Sundays) .

We will send you a shipping notification email with your inquiry number on the day or day before the product is shipped.
Payment method
Shopify payment service, deferred payment, and bank transfer (Japan Post Bank, Rakuten Bank) are available.
If you wish to change your payment method after placing your order, please let us know in advance.

If you choose bank transfer, please transfer the total amount including the product cost and shipping fee to the account below, and notify us after the transfer.
