How to Shop
① Find Products
You can select products from the product categories or search by keyword using the magnifying glass icon.
② Select Products
Once you find the product you want, click on it to view the product details.
If the product has variations, select your desired option and click "Add to Cart."
Adding an item to your cart will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping" or navigate to your desired product category page again from the menu.
③ Checkout Procedure
In the shopping cart, there are fields for specifying the delivery date and time, and a remarks field. Please fill in or select any special notes.
Click the "Checkout" button and enter your email address and delivery address information.
If you wish to pick up in-store, please select that option in the delivery method field.
There are many cases where customers do not receive emails from us due to incorrect email address input or not setting up domain whitelisting. Please be careful.
Confirm the total amount including shipping, select your payment method, and click "Pay Now."
④ After Completing Your Order
A "Order Complete" screen will be displayed, and you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your order details and contact us immediately by email if there are any discrepancies.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations due to customer's convenience.
Please be sure to confirm the details before proceeding.
Once payment is confirmed (excluding deferred payment), we will begin preparing your order for shipment. If no delivery date is specified, we usually ship items within 3-5 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number on the day of or the day before shipment.
Payment Methods
Shopify payment services, Paidy (post-payment), and bank transfer (GMO Aozora Net Bank) are available.
If you wish to change your payment method after placing an order, please inform us in advance.
About Bank Transfers
If you choose bank transfer, please transfer the total amount (product price + shipping fee) to the account below, and then notify us after the transfer.
If the name of the orderer and the name of the transferor are different, please inform us of the name after the transfer.

The payment deadline is within 7 days from the order date.
If payment cannot be confirmed, the order will be canceled.

About Receipts and Delivery Notes
If you require a receipt or delivery note, please notify us by email, specifying your order number which begins with #.
Please note that credit card statements issued by credit card companies or bank transfer statements can be used as a substitute for a receipt.
