A raw cake inspired by Lanikai Beach on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.

The surface is decorated with a wave pattern, and raw granola and coconut powder are used to represent a sandy beach.

Decorated with seashells and starfish-shaped vegan white chocolate, it creates a tropical beach atmosphere.

The two islands that characterize Lanikai Beach are made from bliss balls and chlorella spirulina.

It also comes with a large mermaid-like tail fin decoration, making it even more impactful!

The light blue color comes from phycocyanin, a pigment found in the superfood spirulina.
