Bali Memory and Senses Ritual Box - Fragrance and Prayer

This is a limited edition box inspired by "Galungan," a Balinese festival akin to Obon (Ancestor Day) in Japan, bringing together cacao, fragrance, fermentation, and prayer items.

Bali is an island of prayer, also known as the Island of Gods.

For us at "Hare to Ke to.", it is also the place where our chocolate business began.

Use it to calm your mind and body and open your senses.

It can also be used as an offering to express gratitude to gods and ancestors during the Obon season.

This is a ritual box that allows you to experience the memories of Bali, a place where life begins, with all five senses.

Organically Grown Cacao from Bali

Cacao grown in Bali without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, utilizing the power of the land.

We met this cacao farmer in West Bali through an introduction from "Big Brother" Bali, a wealthy individual.

The cacao is packaged and delivered in a gift box crafted by an aluminum artisan from Tegallalang, north of Ubud.

What is the Galungan Festival?

Galungan is Bali's Obon (Ancestor Day), celebrating the welcoming of gods and ancestors and expressing gratitude.

Each household decorates their entrance with bamboo ornaments called Penjor, symbolizing their gratitude to the gods and ancestors and for abundance.

A part of the Penjor decoration is included. Please use it to decorate your wall or offer it on your household altar.
