いつも美味しくいただいてます。自宅で溶かしたらファットブルーム現象が起きて失敗しました。体に足りていないのか、食べるときにはたくさん食べてしまうので、もっと量がたくさんあるといいなあ。と思いますが冷蔵庫に入れるのでこれくらいがちょうどいいかもしれません。

ローチョコレートは高温で溶かすとファットブルーム(油脂の分離)を起こしやすいため、保管や取り扱いには少し工夫が必要です。冷蔵庫での保管が適していますが、召し上がる際は少し常温に戻していただくと、よりなめらかな口どけを楽しめます。
