Each piece is different in color, aroma, and flavor. This raw chocolate gift features nine ingredients.
Based on Ecuadorian Arriba cacao, it includes matcha, beets, amazake, black sesame, lavender, and more.
It is made with only plant-based ingredients, without dairy, eggs, wheat flour, or white sugar.

All the colors come from plants. No artificial coloring is used.
The fourth piece, “Metal,” contains ginger and chili pepper. This one piece has a slightly spicy aftertaste. If you are sensitive to spicy foods, please enjoy it in small amounts.
We recommend eating them in order from one to nine.
It is truly amazing how healthy and delicious it is.
Cacao and Craftsmanship
We use rare Ecuadorian Arriba cacao. This cacao is characterized by its elegant aroma, reminiscent of tropical flowers and fruits, with little of the unpleasant bitterness, astringency, or tartness found in other varieties.
Approximately 11g per piece. This special edition is one size larger than our standard raw chocolates (7–9g).
It contains no dairy, eggs, wheat flour, or white sugar.
Each of the nine pieces is filled with a different ganache blend.
Because each piece is made separately, this box takes longer to prepare than our other products.

Q. Is it sweet or bitter? It is made without white sugar, using the natural sweetness of dates, brown sugar, and other ingredients. Rather than the bitterness of high-cacao chocolate, each piece has a distinct flavor profile that highlights the aroma of its ingredients. |

Q. Do they melt easily? Many pieces contain white chocolate, so they melt more easily than dark chocolate. Please store them in a wine cooler or a cool, dark place, away from light. When giving them as a gift, please carry them away from direct sunlight. |

“Harmony is Best”
This box is inspired by the first article of Prince Shotoku’s Seventeen-Article Constitution, “Harmony is Best,” and the cosmological view of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements.
It follows the Five Elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, passes through Yin and Yang, and leads to Harmony (Integration). Then, it opens the Spirit.
By eating them in order, you spiral through the cycle and ascend. This is the vision we had in mind when arranging the pieces.
Together, the nine pieces become a single flow.
