When you don't need a large whole cake, but still want to celebrate in a cute and special way.

A small anniversary cake with your choice of number and color
The number raw cakes are made-to-order raw cakes shaped like numbers.
You can choose one number from 0 to 9.
Base colors available are white, pink, blue, and green.
Decorations are left to our discretion, beautifully finished while considering the balance of materials and colors available at the time.
The size is for 1-2 people.
The height is approximately 4.5cm, and the weight varies from approximately 130-210g depending on the number's shape.
Although it's a small cake, it's crafted with more time and effort than a standard cake, as each one is shaped like a number and decorated individually.

New creations born from cleaning up the café
This numerical raw cake was born from a somewhat strange series of events.
On May 31st, Hare to Keto.'s cafe will reach a turning point.
Until now, we have been serving lunch and sweets to vegan and vegetarian travelers at the ashigaru residence in Hikone Castle Town.
From now on, we plan to prepare this space as lodging where guests can more deeply experience the tranquility of the ashigaru residence.
From a place to stop by during a journey, to a place where one can stay quietly, gaze at the garden, and experience the wisdom of our ancestors' lives and the gently flowing time of the castle town.
By letting go of the cafe format, Hare to Keto. will move on to its next role.
And I, too, by stepping away from the counter for a while, will return more deeply to the origin of Hare to Keto.: "creation."
While I was cleaning up the cafe, I found a silicone number mold inside an unopened package.
Had I intended to use it someday?
Why had it remained dormant?
Now, I can't quite remember.
However, discovering that mold at this very moment, as I was preparing to close the cafe, felt very symbolic to me.
Something ends, and in the empty space, a new creation is born.
That's how this number raw cake came into being.

The launch date, May 31st, is the day of the Sagittarius full moon.

Ending cafe operations, preparing the ashigaru residence as lodging, and further deepening Hare to Keto.'s craftsmanship.
For me, launching a cake to celebrate anniversaries with numbers on this milestone day feels very natural and somewhat fated.
