A sugar-free tea made from cacao itself.

A faint sweet scent reminiscent of cacao and chocolate rises with the steam.

It is a healthy tea like a slightly fruity and fragrant flavored tea.

You can enjoy about 1.5L of tea with 30g and about 5L with 100g.

Regular cacao tea is a drink made from the husks of cacao beans.

This cacao tea contains cacao nibs (the cacao bean itself) in addition to the outer rind, so it is darker and more cacao-like than regular tea.

The cacao in this product is roasted and hot water is used, so the enzymes and heat-sensitive vitamins that raw cacao has are deactivated.

However, cacao contains hundreds of nutrients, including cacao polyphenols, catechin, and theobromine, which are resistant to heat .

Polyphenols and catechins are antioxidants that protect us from age-related health conditions and diseases .

In addition, theobromine is a substance similar to caffeine, but it is not a nervous system stimulant like caffeine, but rather dilates the cardiovascular system and helps the heart work better.
Because it has a diuretic effect, it can also be expected to prevent swelling.

Theobromine is also an antibacterial substance and is said to kill the cavity-causing bacteria Streptococcus mutans.

We often hear that eating chocolate can cause tooth decay, but the sucrose contained in chocolate is the cause of tooth decay.

This applies not only to chocolate but also to sweets in general, and because of the bactericidal properties mentioned above, it is thought to be less likely to cause cavities than other sweets.

And it helps reduce stress and relax.

When you brew cacao tea, an oily substance floats on the surface, but that is called cacao butter, and 1/3 of it is oleic acid, a fatty acid that has the effect of eliminating LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) from the body. it's finished.

Other fatty acids are also comprised of oils that are said to have antioxidant effects, such as palmitic acid and stearic acid.
