What is Hikone Apple Crunch Chocolate?
This is raw chocolate made with Japanese apples, Hikone apples, which are very rare these days.
Hikone apples are also called ``phantom apples,'' as they are only grown by enthusiasts and never reach the market.
Japanese apples are usually small and have a strong acidity, so they are not suitable for eating raw.
By drying it, the refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness are concentrated.
It is a rough, snack-type raw chocolate that is easy to eat.
Please see this blog for more information about Hikone apples.
Also, since it is a product that contains approximately 60-82% cacao, I believe that you can get plenty of cacao's healthy components, mainly polyphenols.
Made with 100% rare Arriva cacao.
Raw chocolate is ✔ Dairy and egg free (vegan or vegetarian)
✔ Wheat free (gluten free)
✔No white sugar ✔No guilt (guilt-free)

About hojicha
Asamiya tea is a high-quality tea that is considered one of the top five teas in Japan.
It is said to be Japan's oldest tea production area, and the tea leaves from Tea Paradise are now harvested from extremely valuable native tea plants.
Currently, clone cultivation is the mainstream for Japanese tea, but this tea leaf, which has been inherited through natural hybridization, is extremely rare!
All tea plants have different properties, making each one very unique.
Although the yield is not uniform and the yield is not high, the native species that exist like wildflowers have a high medicinal effect.
