ローチョコレートー潤味ーを父の五回忌の記念に、親戚に差し上げました。
夫の両親共、彦根出身で母の実家は足軽屋敷でハレトケさんのお店から200m
位の所でした。 ローチョコレートのお味は甘酒の麹とカカオの味が滑らかに
混ざり合い、発酵食品を使われている事が、味に深みとお酒のような香りも
感じられました。 また箱の色と包装も美しく、お願いした熨斗も箱と合っていました。唯、残念でしたのはチョコレートの大きさが多少不揃いでした。
