We offer vegan chocolates and cakes from Hare to Ke to as a return gift for Hikone's hometown tax donations.

The cup-shaped raw cake shown in the photo has also joined the lineup!

Hikone is facing financial difficulties, and the Cultural Properties Division, which is responsible for activities to promote Hikone and our Ashigaru Yashiki (raw chocolate factory and vegan cafe), is also being forced to make cuts.

Surrounded by historic streets and nature, Hikone retains its nostalgic charm while also nurturing new cultural activities.
