Because raw cakes are especially delicate, depending on how they are handled during shipping, damage issues may occasionally occur.

※ Minor scuffs or deformation from shaking during delivery may occur, so if you require the item to be in perfect condition, please be sure to choose "Store Pickup".

Also, delays can occur due to weather or road and traffic conditions.

These kinds of problems are more likely during winter and busy gift seasons (mid-year gifts, year-end gifts, Mother's Day, etc.).

[We RECOMMEND delivery 2–3 days before your required date for inspection of the condition.]

Please be sure to place your order only after acknowledging that we may not be able to respond on the same day in the event of a problem.

We cannot provide same-day handling if damage occurs during delivery.

Raw chocolate keeps for 4–6 months from production, and raw cakes keep about 2 months frozen from production (about 4 days refrigerated), so we recommend allowing ample time when specifying a delivery date.

※ Obvious damage during delivery is covered by the shipping company, but any resolution will occur after the carrier collects the damaged item.

If a delivery problem occurs, please understand that replacement delivery may take 2–4 days at the earliest. (If there is no stock, we will remanufacture and resend.)

If you live in an area that takes two or more days to deliver from Shiga Prefecture (Tohoku and north, Kyushu and south, remote islands), it will take at least 3–5 days before a replacement can reach you.
