Reservations for this refreshing summer-only cake begin June 3rd!

Reservations will soon begin for our summer-only raw cakes, which have a cool and refreshing feel.

Pre-orders will begin on June 3rd and the product will be released on June 11th.

This year we have two types of cakes available: whole cakes and assorted gift boxes!

Each one uses fresh mint .

Smelling mint can lower your perceived temperature by 4 degrees !

A summery raw cake inspired by Hawaii's Lanikai Beach 🏝️🌺

A chocolate and mint cheesecake-style ice cream cake with the delightful crunchy texture of chocolate chips.

If you make a reservation by June 10th, you can get 40% more white chocolate decorated with seashells and monstera flowers!!

Rosemary lemon and mint raw cake.

Using colors reminiscent of a scene from a fairy tale, we have recreated the cove where the mermaids live in the Disney film "Peter Pan" 🧜🐚

We hope you enjoy both cakes in a space that evokes the water element, such as the seaside, lakeside, or riverside.

The cakes other than those mentioned above also have a mousse texture similar to chilled, hardened ice cream, so you can enjoy celebrating birthdays and anniversaries while enjoying the coolness of midsummer.
